Dear colleagues!

National Association of Professional Collection Agencies (NAPCA) is the largest association in Russia that brings together Russian and international DCAs. NAPCA members provide services to their clients not only in Russia, but also in the CIS, Europe and Asia.  

For Russia, we act as a promoter of international best practice in the collection field, because NAPCA is the only association that represents our country in the Federation of European National Collection Associations (FENCA). NAPCA representatives participate in FENCA activities on a regular basis, we follow the news on the regulation of the European collection market and development of its standards.

Major Russian and global banks operating in Russia have introduced a mandatory requirement to enter into outsourcing contracts only with those DCAs that are members of NAPCA. Thus, even before the adoption of the collection industry law, market players showed trust to members of our association.

NAPCA companies operate in strict compliance with the RF legislation. In 2008, members of the Association prepared and signed the professional Code of Ethics compliant with the international collection standards. The Code is based on the FENCA Code of Ethics. Alongside with the Federal Law, it is nowadays a key document of the Association, setting the most detailed standards of interaction between the collector and the debtor.

Besides, the overwhelming majority of Russian banks and other lenders use the standards of delinquency transactions developed and introduced by NAPCA.

NAPCA is open for interaction and sharing experience and best practice with foreign colleagues. We are prepared to render assistance in searching for reliable partners on the Russian market.
